This poem brings me back to my freshman year on the track team, where I was easily the worst jumper and slowest runner. Much love to your kiddo ❤️❤️❤️

I love it for him too :) Running has been one of the greatest gifts of my life - all started with that high school track season.

That's so cool! My husband is a late-in-life runner, but it's become one of his favorite things. I'm pushing myself to walk every day to keep ahead of some middle-aged health stuff, and I'm finding myself walking faster and pushing myself harder the longer I do it. It's starting to feel like a gift to me as well.
